infant son of Andy and Lisa, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2012 at the age of 3 months. In addition to his parents, Logan is survived by two brothers, Christopher Lammers and Matthew DuBois; grandparents, Leo and Dorothy Lammers and Roger DuBois; great grandparents, Betty Wernet, Robert Freiberg, Gerald and Opal DuBois; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Logan was preceded in death by his grandmother, Pamela "Nana" DuBois; great grandmother, Julie Freiberg; great grandfather, Barney Wernet; great grandparents, Leo and Beulah Lammers; cousin, Ashton DuBois.

Logan is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Thursday at 12:30 PM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 1:00 PM.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 6:30 PM.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Pediatric Cardio Thoracic Unit at Mott Children's Hospital.
