The family of Linda Sue Rice (Bany) is sad to announce that she has passed away after a short illness in her home under the care of family and Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice on August 9, 2019 in Jackson, MI.  Linda Sue Rice (Bany), born in Jackson, MI on April 28, 1951, to loving parents, Joseph and Barbara (Whitney) Bany.  Linda loved to spend time with family and friends, and hosting parties at her home with her husband of 50 years, Rick. Linda is also survived by her sons Richard II (Amy) and Todd (Wendi); parents Joseph and Barbara Bany; grandchildren Hayden, Kaylynn, Charlie, Griffin and Henry; Brothers Michael Bany, Tim (Janet) and sister, Diane; Brothers-in-law, David (Penny) and Ed; as well as numerous special and loved nieces and nephews.

Although Linda leaves a family that is heartbroken, they are grateful to have had the opportunity to love her and share her life.
A memorial service will be held in Linda's honor at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in Linda's honor to the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice of Jackson.
