Linda Pilarczyk (Thomas)
of Jackson County, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at the age of 67 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R. Pilarczyk. She is survived by two sons, Thomas (Christine) Pilarczyk and Michael (MiMi) Pilarczyk; five grandchildren; three sisters, Cindy Duren, Laura Lenkey and Judy Vargo.
Linda was the former president of ASID and a member of CIDR. She enjoyed all aspects of interior design and was forefront in the drive for licensing and recognition of Interior Designers.
Mrs. Pilarczyk is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Friday, October 10 at 12:30 PM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church at 1:00 PM. Father Timothy MacDonald will be the celebrant at the Mass.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday, October 9 from 4 to 8 PM with a Scripture Service at 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Eaton Community Palliative Care, 2675 South Cochran, Charlotte, MI, 48813, www.echospice.org/donations.
