Of Jackson passed away on Monday, June 1, 2015 under the loving care of her family at the age of 84 years to embrace the loving arms of her Lord and husband. Survived by her seven children; William Jr., John (Jackie), Cheryl (James) Durbrow, Joe (Vicki), Kevin, Theresa (Troy) Sprague, Tina (Bill) Smith. Beloved dog; Sadie. Grandchildren; Kristen, Zach, Jessica, Josh, Jordan, Sabri, Ryleigh, Taylor, Lucas, Justin, Hayley, Karrie, Amber, Kasi and Lisa. 24 great grandchildren. Brothers, Arnold Dibble and George Bronson. Sister, Willma Miller. Numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, William James Wright, Sr.
She met the love of her life in 1953 and married on July 24, 1954. She retired as a registered nurse, working for Dr. Ethan Stone and the Old Mercy Hospital in Pediatrics. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was an amazing, strong, kind, compassionate, caring woman who touched everyone she came in contact with even until the end. She fearlessly embraced life with a joyful heart. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 4 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church with Fr. Timothy Nelson officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Church from 9:30 AM until 10:00 AM.
