Schuler, Kenneth W. "Shorty"
Of Jackson passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010 age 86 years.
Preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Phyllis. Survived by three
children; Janet Hedin, Sharon Threadgall and David (Rebecca) Schuler. Eight grandchildren; Roxanne, Brenda, Randy, David, Deidra (Mike) Lamberson, Daniel (Stacey) Schuler, Dawn (Pat) Williams, Joylynee
(Michael) Runnels; numerous great grandchildren, sister Sarah Lefere and brother Cliff (Joanne) Schuler. Numerous nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #609. Mr. Schuler is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held Monday 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 10:00 AM. Interment St. John's Cemetery. The Rev. Randy Miller officiating.

The family will receive friends Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Rosary Sunday evening 6:30 PM.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility for the loving care they provided to the "candy man".
