Brooks, Kenneth "Steve"
of Jackson, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2015 at the age of 84 years. Beloved brother of Catherine Fulkerson, beloved uncle to Viki, Ken, Joe, Steve, and Mary.
Steve was a lifelong Tigers fan and loved bad jokes. Steve met every challenge and overcame many obstacles he faced as a physically challenged man. Uncle Steve leaves behind many great nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 26 at 1:00 PM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Fr. James Shaver as the celebrant. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday, June 25, from 4-8 PM and on Friday at the church from 12:30-1:00 PM. A Rosary Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, at 6:30 PM.
