Of Jackson, passed away peacefully after a short illness at Allegiance Health surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the age of 64. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents Edward J. and Ruth E. Faley.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 45 years, Lee Parks; Two children Patrick (Carrie) Parks and Pamela Ballew; Grandchildren Jillian, Kaitlyn, Logan and Nicholas; and 5 brothers and sisters. Kathy enjoyed camping but she treasured her family – her grandchildren were the loves of her life. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

Mrs. Parks is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held on Tuesday, November 22nd at 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Father James Shaver will officiate at the Funeral Mass. A private interment will take place at a later date.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Monday, November 21st from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.

Instead of flowers contributions to the family for their needs and wishes would be appreciated.
