Sedore (Curran), Kathleen T. "Kate"

Passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 under the loving care of her family and Henry Ford Hospice House at the age of 99 years. She was the daughter of James and Susan Curran. Kate was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, brother, Jack Curran, sisters, Mary Comperchio and Geraldine Rooney. She is survived by her son, William (Maime), daughter, Susan Brown (Cliff), grandsons, John Brown (Amy), Tom Brown (Amanda), great grandsons Jack and Lincoln Brown, special niece, Beth Gross, and numerous other nieces and nephews.

Kate enjoyed square dancing, bowling and most importantly her years of service at Commonwealth and Automated Imaging. She worked full-time until the age of 96. She loved discussing her faith, stories from the past, and politics. Kate was a faithful, life-long member of St. John the Evangelist Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and member of the Parish Council.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at the Desnoyer Funeral Home from 4:00 and 8:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 7:30 PM.

A Prayer Service will held on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Desnoyer Funeral Home followed by the Mass of Christian burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:30 AM with Father Timothy MacDonald as the Celebrant. A private interment will take place at St. John Catholic Cemetery.
