Kathleen "Kathy" Ahlstedt, 71, of Jackson, Michigan, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2025, after a courageous two-year battle with cancer.
A beloved mother, sister, aunt, and friend, Kathy spent many years working as a Registered Nurse in Milwaukee. She will always be remembered for her compassion, humor, and great laugh.
She is survived by her son, Matthew (Miriam), and her first grandchild on the way; her siblings, Linda Hankerd, Rhonda Branch (Richard), John Hankerd (Mary), and Thomas Hankerd; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews who loved her very much.
She will be deeply missed.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
