RIEDE, KATHERINE M. —

of Jackson, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at the age of 84 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Carl W. Riede. She is survived by two sons, Stephen (Jean) Riede and Michael (Janice) Riede; three grandchildren, Elizabeth (Alan) Michaels, Stephen C. (Michelle) Riede and Amy (Sean) Brafford; seven great-grandchildren, Daniel, Aaron, Zachary and John Michaels, Connor Riede, Brenden and Brody Brafford. Katherine was employed by the I.M. Dach Company and Camp International for many years. She was also a long time member of St. John Catholic Church. Katherine is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of the Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. The Reverend Bob Pienta officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Rosary Service will be held on Friday at 6 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John Church Future Fund.
