She was preceded in death by her husbands, Philip Stevens and Robert Mayo; son-in-law, Jeff Hills; granddaughter, Lindsay Stevens, and sister, Christine Spencer Kelly. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Marcia (Patrick) Hoxie, Joe (Suzie) Stevens, Greg (Susan) Stevens, and Kevin (Melinda) Stevens; step-daughters, Patty Mayo Rogers and Betsy Mayo; grandchildren, Caitlin (Casey), Elizabeth, Steven, Robert, Joey, Andrew, Adam, Christopher, Abigail, Kate, Lauren, Daniel, Camille, Ryan, Charlie, Robert, Macy, and Mara; loving siblings, Bill (Patty) Spencer, Valerie (Dick) Panette, and Diane (Grant) Neely; sister-in-law, Jean (Charlie) Lamontagne; special nephew, Tim Stevens; special cousin, Jim Lefere; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends, especially her "Queen's Girls" group; and her little buddy, Nugget the cat.
Julianne was a proud member of the Belgian Lefere clan. She worked at Foote ER as an EMT, later traveling with the worksite wellness program. She was a hospice volunteer, Sunday school teacher, a parapro at JPS for handicapped students, and had a passion for decoration and gourmet cooking
Special appreciation to the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Staff, Kaitlyn and Bridget, for their tender care.
Julianne was a lifelong member at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church where the Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 1:00 PM with Father Timothy MacDonald officiating. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.
The family will receive friends at the Church on Friday from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM.
In lieu of sending flowers, contributions to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice or the Cascades Humane Society would be appreciated.
