Teachout (Moore), Julia Dawn
Of Horton, passed away at home due to natural causes on Monday, July 4, 2016 age 38 years. She is survived by her husband of 16 years John, four children, Johnny (15), Luke (11), Madalyn (10) and Levi (8), mother Jennifer Williams, father Gary Moore, sisters Rachel, Sharon and Mary, brother Joey, several nieces and nephews. Julia was a teacher at Paragon Charter Academy, was a volunteer at Queen's School, enjoyed working out and traveling but most of all Julia was a loving and devoted wife and mother. A celebration of Julia's life will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church with Fr. Timothy MacDonald and Chaplin Gale Kragt officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at Queen's Church on Monday from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.
The family request no flowers. Instead please consider a donation to her children's educational fund at Lumen Christi Catholic School or Queen of the Miraculous Medal School.
