Richardson (Horsch), Joyce J.
of Jackson, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the age of 79 years. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, William; four children, Scott (Julie) Richardson, Guy (Gloria) Richardson, Gale (Scott) Buhler, William (Katrina) Richardson; nine grandchildren, Sherri, Heather, Brandy, Erik, Jennifer, Mark, Nicholas, Lucas, Brianna; 15 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; beloved Boston Terrier, "Pugie". She was preceded in death by her parents, Matthew and Geraldine Horsch and her brother, Raymond "Ducky" Horsch.
Joyce was a beloved and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening and bird watching. She graduated from St. John's High School in 1950 and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for 35 years.
A memorial service will be held at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday, May 17 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Father James Shaver officiating. A private interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John Catholic Church or Cascades Humane Society.
