Of Jackson passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012 after a long illness age 80 years. Survived by her husband of 60 years, Thomas D. Keyes. Two daughters; Karen (Fred) Galicki and Kathleen Keyes (Griff Sutliff). Daughter in law, Kathy Keyes. Seven grandchildren; Melissa, Karen, Michael, Michelle, Joshua, Jason and Sherry. Eight great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, her sister Alva Kerr and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her two sons, Thomas and Robert Keyes and her great granddaughter Kalyce Jordan.
She was the President of Allied Painting, enjoyed Harness Racing, Casinos, traveling but most importantly Joyce enjoyed spending time with her family.
Mrs. Keyes is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Interment St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Father James Shaver will officiate at the Funeral Mass.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM and on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM with a Rosary Service on Thursday at 6:30 PM.
