Joseph "Bob" Robert Lapinski

Of Jackson passed away Friday, September 5, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Survived by his daughter Linda Morgan; one granddaughter, Melissa Morgan and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years Beverly J. Lapinski. Bob was a US Marine Veteran of World War II and retired from Sears after many years of service. He loved fishing and spending time with his family.

Mr. Lapinski is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Father Robert Pienta will officiate at the Funeral Mass.

The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses at Allegiance Health, Floor 6 North, for all the care they provided.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM with a Vigil Service at 6 PM.
