Joseph T. Job

Of Jackson, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at the age of 86 years.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years Alicia A. Job; 4 children, David (Marty) Job, Karen (Mark) Spaan, Michelle (Steven) McDonald, Suzette (Rodney) Brousseau; 5 grandchildren, Joe and Katie Job, Rachel McDonald, Ryan (Breanna) and Hannah Brousseau; sister, Stella Formella; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 11 siblings.

Joe was an Army veteran and an accomplished and meticulous carpenter working for different Jackson area contractors and finished his career working in the Ann Arbor area.  He enjoyed fishing, golfing, woodworking, hunting and especially enjoyed time with his family including watching their sporting events.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 12 Noon with Father Robert Pienta officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Saturday from 11 AM to 12 Noon.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Joseph Catholic Church would be appreciated.
