Conard, Jordyn Alexis

Of Jackson, passed away on August 23, 2011, surrounded by her family, at the age of five months. She is survived by her loving parents, Ryan and Kelly (Wellman) Conard; three siblings, Adam (8), Hannah (5), and Morgan (15 mths); grandparents, Mike & Cathy Conard, Jim & Bonnie Wellman; great-grandmothers; Jo Ellen Conard and Cloanne Boobyer. aunts and uncles, Carey (Pat) Clements, Duane (Jess) Allen, Rusty (Alex) Wellman, Douglas (Chelsea) Wellman, Evan Conard, and several cousins. Jordyn was preceded in death by grandmother, Brenda Conard; great grandfather, Warren Conard, and great grandparents, RG (Patricia) Raymond.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday at 3:00PM at New Horizons Community Church, 4300 Lansing Ave., Jackson, MI 49201, with Pastor Jerry Lyon officiating.

The family will receive friends on Friday at the New Horizons Community Church from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the "Jordyn Conard Memorial Fund" held through Flagstar Bank.
