Of Jackson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 26, 2018 surrounded by his family. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 55 years, Barbara (Wrozek); five children, Kathleen (Dale) Cranna, Barbara Anne (Brian) Matthes, Heather (Shawn) Avery, Holly Myers (Doug Whitmore), John "Andy" Myers; 13 grandchildren; one great grandson; one brother, Donald Myers. John was an avid Detroit Tigers and Michigan State Spartan fan. He retired from Kelsey-Hayes (TRW) after 35 years of service. According to his wishes John has been cremated. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 10:30 AM with John's brother in law, Father Tim Wrozek officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Friday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Instead of flowers contributions to the Lewy Body Dementia Association would be appreciated.
