Bunting (Harkema), Joan "Jo"

of Clark Lake, Michigan passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at the age of 89. She was born in Whitehall, Michigan and moved to Jackson after her marriage. Her husband, W. Kenneth Bunting Jr and son, W. Kenneth Bunting III preceded her in death. She is survived by two sisters, Phyllis Fugate and Gerrie Rardeen; son, Mark Bunting (Sandi); daughters, Martha (Stephen Artz) and Nancy (Rick Larson); grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christine (Dylan Klee), and Sarah Artz; Travis and Connor Bunting; and Evan and Britt Ekholm; and one great granddaughter, Freya Grace Klee.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday March 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Queen of the Miraculous Medal Parish or to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice
