Jeanne W. Hahn

passed away at Summit Park Assisted Living Center on April 26, 2016. She was 85 years old. Jeanne is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert J. Hahn, and her children, Mary Beth (Ed) Riley of Chicago, Illinois, Cathe (Rob Dendel) Hahn of Harbor Springs, Michigan, Barb (Jeff) Leathead of Jackson, Michigan, Bill Hahn of Ventura, California, Steve (Connie) Hahn of Santa Barbara, California, and Joe (Karen) Hahn of Clearwater, Florida. Jeanne had seven grandchildren: Jessica (Gino) Salvatore, Philip (Emily) Leathead, Cooper (Phil Ott) Dendel, Robyn Dendel, Elizabeth Hahn, Michael Hahn, and Will Hahn, and four great-grandchildren. Jeanne is also survived by her siblings Anne Wisda, IHM, Margie (Jim) Arend, Jim (Diane) Wisda, Tom (Colleen) Wisda, and Marie (Ron) Barringer as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Mary Wisda, her sister, Kathy D'Angelo, and her infant daughter, Rose Cecilia Hahn.

Jeanne was a life-long member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She retired from Consumers Energy in 1987. Her family would like to thank the compassionate staff of Summit Park Assisted Living.

Visitation is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home, 204 N. Blackstone, Jackson, Friday, April 29, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 6:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 30, at 9:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 711 N. Francis, Jackson with Father James Shaver as the celebrant. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
