Passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016. She was a devoted, caring, and loving Mother, Grandmother, and Significant Other. Survived by her children, Dawn (Craig) Parmele and Troy (Shannon) Knapp; grandchildren, CJ, Chayse, and Courtnee Parmele; significant other and best friend, Jimmie Synder; loyal canine, Lacey Lou; brother, Richard Korniski; nieces, great niece and nephew, many cousins and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Lottie and Edward Korniski; brother, Gary; sister, Joyce; and sister-in-law, Mary.
Jeanette graduated from Jackson High School in 1967 and retired from W.A. Foote with over 20+ years of service. She enjoyed watching her soap operas, sprint car racing, and the most precious of all was watching her grandsons play sports and mature into young men.
Jeanette is at the Desnoyer Funeral where a prayer service will be held on Saturday, December 17 at 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Kostka Chapel at 10:00 AM with Fr. Tim Nelson officiating. Interment at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Friday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Contributions to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice would be appreciated.
"Gone way to soon, but God had a plan for her and needed her more than we did. She will be deeply missed by all of us."
