BONNEY (VAN NUYS), JANE MARIE
of Jackson passed away at Allegiance Health surrounded by her children and her Pastor on Sunday, January 22, 2012 age 82 years. Survived by six children; Daniel (Christy) Van Nuys, David (Margaritte) Van Nuys, Claudia (Jim) Martin, Vicky Ludwig, Ronald (Sherry) Van Nuys and Thomas Van Nuys. Fifteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Two sisters; Harriette Hartwick and Irene Hinckley. Numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by two husbands, Charles Van Nuys and James Bonney. Three brothers; Art, Dewitt and Benny Smith. One sister, Jenny Tittler and her grandson Eric Van Nuys.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother and wife and was an active pillar of the Church where she was a prayer warrior. "She will be greatly missed by all."
Services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM at the Sandstone Congregational Church, 250 S. Sandstone Road. Private interment Roseland Memorial Gardens. Pastor Harold Dunckel from the Stream In the Desert Ministries officiating.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the Stream in the Desert Ministries, 145 N. Gorham St., Jackson, Michigan 49201 in Jane's Memory would be appreciated.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM and at the Sandstone Congregational Church on Thursday from noon until 1:00 PM.
