Bullinger, James T. "Jim"
Of Jackson, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at the age of 91 years. He was born on January 24, 1932 and was the second youngest of 14 children. Jim graduated from St. John's High School, Class of 1951. After serving his country in the United States Navy, where he met his wife Carol, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Michigan. Jim married Carol (Klosterman) on September 3, 1955. He and Carol raised seven hardworking children, Michael (Karen), David, Timothy (Teri), Therese (Greg) Guidice, Elizabeth (Philip) Konieczki, Thomas (Denise) and Daniel (Nadeen). Jim has two surviving sisters, Ann (Martin) and Ellen (Lincoln).
He was an investor and small business owner and was very generous with his time and talent. Jim enjoyed camping, working on his many and varied projects and spending time with his grandchildren: Leah, Charlie, James, Erica, Brittany, Darcy, Carly, Frank, Peter, Matthew, Kelsee, and Alana and his 14 great-grandchildren. He also enjoyed getting together with all of the family at Crispell Lake.
The family would like to thank the staff at Arbor North Living Center and Elara Caring for the loving care they provided. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church with Father Timothy MacDonald officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Church on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice, who also provided exceptional care, would be appreciated.
