James Edward Adams

Of Clarklake passed away at home under the loving care of his family and Great Lakes Caring Hospice on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the age of 77.

Survived by his wife of 37 years Arletta, Children Linnie D. Adams ,
Michael G. Adams and wife Reba Jo, Juanina M. Brown and husband Jerry, Louie P. Adams and Wife Lisa, step sons Paul J. Harper wife Christina , Michael Harper wife Karen, grandchildren Sarah Rose Garber and husband Stephen, Jeremy Keith Adams and wife Vickie, Jessie Nakisha-Marie Adams, Jeremy D. Brown and wife Heather, Sabrina D. Jones and husband Tavares, Matthew James Brown, Lucas James Adams, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He is also survived by three sisters, Nadean Long, Milnea Wineinger, Wanda Kirk and husband Maurice and two brothers, Melvis Adams and wife Bernice and Charles F. "Bob" Adams and wife Wilma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles W. And Julia Adams.

He was a retired U.A.W. worker. According to his wishes James has been cremated and a private service will be held at a later date. Instead of flowers contributions to Great Lakes Caring Hospice would be appreciated.
