Infant daughter of Lee and Elizabeth Schultheiss passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at the University of Michigan Health System, C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. Preceded in death by her infant sister, Sophie Grace. Survived by grandparents, Norman (Mary) Porter and Paul (Nanci) Schultheiss. A private service will be held.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Holden NICU, University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children's Hospital or to the Ronald McDonald House in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
