THELAN (WOOD, NEBLO) HAZEL,
Of Jackson passed away suddenly Sunday, October 25, 2009. Survived by her husband Phil Thelan. Son Todd A. Neblo. Two grandchildren, Luke Stanaway and James Campbell. Stepson Steve (Heather) Thelan. Step granddaughter, Kaitlyn. Two sisters; Gladys Bauer, Janice (Michael) Grob, and brother Winthrop (Patt) Wood. Several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her son Craig Neblo. Hazel was a lover of the Arts and nature. She was a member of Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church and the Women's City Club. She was a volunteer at Allegiance Health and enjoyed bowling and golfing. According to her wishes Hazel has been cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 28th at 11:00 AM. Deacon Jack Kowalski officiating.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the Dahlem Center would be appreciated.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 10 to 11:00 AM.
