Hattie Theresa Oexler (Zyckowski)

Peacefully went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 24th at the age of 86 after a long and fruitful life. Hattie was born on October 15, 1927 in Jackson, Michigan to parents Frank and Pauline Zyckowski. She grew up in a very large family with eight sisters and two brothers. Her hobbies included; golf, painting and also volunteering at local hospitals, giving back to the community with her time and caring heart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Leo Oexler; daughter, Sandra Kay (Oexler) Danielson as well as four of her sisters and her two brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Ann (Oexler) Allen; grandchildren, Mike Danielson and wife Victoria, Katherine (Allen) Zupo and husband Vinny and Cassandra Allen; great-grandchildren, Kassaya, KayLee and Kiana Danielson; sisters Dorothy Zuchowski, Stella Kutyna, Pauline Dullock and Loka Braun as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be greatly missed by all of her family, friends and pretty much anyone who ever met her as she left her mark on everyone through her compassionate and selfless heart.

Burial has taken place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Rita Catholic Church, Clarklake on Thursday,
August 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Father Tom Helfrich, O.S.F.S. officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Thursday, August 14th from 10 to 11 AM.
