Miller, Harry V.
age 82, of Jackson, passed away at home under the loving care of his family on Sunday, March 10, 2013. Harry was born on August 16, 1930 in Jackson, the son of Jim and Bertine Miller. Harry founded the family business, H & M Welding in 1968. He loved golf and has a record of 5 hole in ones. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna in 2001, and grandson, Ryan in 2010. He is survived by his brother, Frank (Shirley) Miller of Jackson; his four children, Cynthia Hayes of Northville, John (Rachael) Miller of Jackson, Jeri (John) Murphy of Bridgman, MI, Rick (Mary) Miller of Jackson; five grandsons, Brandon (Melissa) Hayes, Brock (Amy) Miller, Evan Murphy, Andy (Natalie) Miller, Tobin Miller; six great grandchildren, Thomas, Lucy, Anthony, Brian, Alice and Ella. According to his wishes, Mr. Miller has been cremated.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday 10:30 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church. Rev. Father Timothy MacDonald will be the celebrant at the Mass.
The Family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday from 5-8 PM.
Harry will be deeply missed by his loving family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Queens School or Allegiance Hospice would be appreciated.
