Trumble, Harold James Sr.

of Jackson, passed away at his home on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the age of 86 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Phyllis Jean. He is survived by four daughters, Carol (Terry) Felkey, Judy (Duane) Sisk, Cathy Chapel, Gwen (Mike Lewis) Johantgen and son Harold Trumble Jr.; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; three sisters and three brothers. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Anna Trumble; two sisters; one brother; sons-in-law, Officer Niles F. Johantgen and Todd Chapel.

Harold was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and retired from Jackson Drop Forge as General Foreman after many years of service.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 27 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 28 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:30 AM with Father James Shaver as the Celebrant. Graveside services will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery following the funeral Mass.
