Of Jackson passed away under the loving care of his family and the staff at the Allegiance Hospice Home on Friday, July 10, 2015 at the age of 87 years. Survived by his wife of 62 wonderful and happy years, Dorothy. Four children; Linda (Tom) Hoard, Valerie (Dan) Thompson, Michael (Kim) Horn, and Suzie (Bob) Fiore. Grandchildren; Kate, Cortney, Andrew, Ashley, Erika, Alison, Niki, Rachel, Kaylee, Tony, Gia and Troy and two great grandchildren; Troy and Adriana. He was preceded in death by his grandson Bradley Horn. Glenn attended Michigan State University and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed golfing and loved his family dearly.
Glenn was in the Construction Industry for many years and was a longtime member of Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church where the Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 10:30 AM with Father Timothy MacDonald officiating. Interment will follow at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Sunday from 5 to 8 PM with a Rosary Service at 7 PM. The family will also receive friends at Queen's Church on Monday from 10 to 10:30 AM.
