Gary Thorne
of Jackson, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the age of 74 years. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; one sister, Lamoine Andrus; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Ethel Thorne. Gary was retired from Consumers Energy. He enjoyed traveling and fishing.
Mr. Thorne is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM with Pastor Michael Mason officiating. Interment will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2–4 and 6–8 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
