SMITH, GARY P.
Of Jackson passed away at home under the loving care of his special friend and companion, Nancy K. Osterberg, his family and Southern Care Hospice Saturday September 18, 2010 age 70 years. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Smith and his parents Elden and Margaret Smith. Survived by two sons; Timothy (Kellie) and Mark (Kathie) Smith. Four grandchildren; Gary, Patrick, Justin and Christopher. Two great grandchildren; Owen and Lilianna Smith. Two brothers; Robert O. (Nancy Boyd) Smith, Ronald (Paula) Smith. One sister; Mary (Bill) Robbins. Loving nieces, nephews and many good friends. Gary was a U.S. Army Veteran and was employed at 3M National Advertising for over 20 years. He enjoyed golfing and being with his friends. A special note of gratitude to Jan and Dick Kalahar, Amy, Connie and Terry. Gary is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where services will be held Tuesday 10:30 AM. Rev. Robert Pienta officiating. Cremation to follow the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers contributions to Southern Care Hospice would be appreciated.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 5 to 8 PM.
