Weirich, Frank E.
Of Jackson, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015 at the age of 94 years. Survived by three sons, Craig (Jean), John (Debby), and Jack (Deb) Weirich; grandchildren, Emily (Brian), Jake, Lee, Nathan, Kurt (Brittany), and Cayli; great grandchildren, Theo and Lena; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Alice "Peggy"; grandsons, Nicolas, Blaine, and Blake; and two sisters, Marge and Cleo.
Frank was a US Army Air Corps Veteran of WWII. He retired from Allied Supermarkets, was an avid golfer and woodworker. He was a proud father, grandfather, great grandfather and a mentor to us all.
According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. Graveside services will be held at the Tompkins Cemetery on Saturday, October 31 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tom Schroeder officiating.
The family suggests instead of sending flowers, please consider making a memorial donation to the American Legion Ritual Team, 3200 Lansing Ave., Jackson, MI, 49202.
