Polaski, Frank S. "Chip"
of Jackson, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, September 6, 2010 at the age of 89 years. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Agnes; two daughters, Marilyn Willoughby and Suzanne Courtis; five grandchildren, Derek (Karyn) Courtis, Nathan Courtis, Jason (Emily) Bartholomew, Sarah Bartholomew and Adam Willoughby; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Clyde Polaski and one sister, Mary Kuenz. Frank was retired from Cunningham Construction Co. after 40 years of service and was a member of the Seabees during World War II. He enjoyed selling Christmas trees for many years and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Frank most loved and enjoyed spending time with his family.

The family will receive friends at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church on Thursday from 10–11 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Reverend Phillip Schweda will be the celebrant.
