Gallagher, Florine "Flo"
Passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 under the loving care of the staff at Craft Care Home at the age of 87 years. Survived by her daughter, Kathleen A. (Ronald) Acton; son, Michael J. (Julie) Gallagher; four grandchildren, Justin and William McAllister and Michael and Matthew Gallagher; two great-grandchildren, Tristan and Liam Gallagher; two sisters, Marjorie Cobb and Katherine Smith; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Raymond J. Gallagher.
Flo was employed as a bookkeeper at Mercy and Foote Hospitals for many years.
Mrs. Gallagher is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held on Monday, December 18 at 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic with Fr. Richard Eberle O.S.F.S. officiating. Interment will follow at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, December 17 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM with a Scripture Service at 6:00 PM.
