Berry, Eugene A.
of Jackson, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital at the age of 83 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Arlene; two sons, David (Roselyn) Berry and Douglas (Karyn) Berry. He was preceded in death by one son, Richard Berry. Eugene is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, four sisters, three brothers and several nieces and nephews. Eugene was an avid fisherman and was a Marine Veteran.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 21 at Brookside United Methodist Church at 1:00 PM with Reverend Ron Brooks officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Monday, November 20 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The family will also receive friends at the church, before the funeral, from 12:30 to 1:00 PM.
The family suggests that, instead of sending flowers, you please consider a memorial donation to the Brookside United Methodist Church.
