Elmer E. Allan

Allan, Elmer E. of Jackson passed away Sunday May 23,2010 age 80 years. He was born March 14,1930. Preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Florence R. "Pat" Allan on July 18,2009 Survived by children.Sandy(Mark)Hinckley,Daniel(Dorothy)Allan,Steven Allan,David Allan,Sue(Donald)Collins, 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren,and many other family members.Elmer was a Army veteran of the Korean Conflict,and a carpenter for over 35 years,he enjoyed gardening and fishing and especially being with his family.According to his wishes cremation has taken place, Memorial services will be held Thursday May 27 2010 1:00pm at The Village Hope Church 123 W. Porter St. Jackson,MI 49202 Pastor Brad Foster officiating . burial of ashes will take place in Roseland Memorial Park with Military Honors. The family will receive friends at the Church for Noon till 1:00PM Contributions to Meals on Wheels would be appreciated.
