Slone-Kusiak, Elizabeth SueAnn
Age 3 months, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 8, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Survived by her parents, Kyle Slone-Kusiak and Khassendra Douglas-Vian; siblings, Blake, Izabelle, Kyler, and Dakotah; grandparents, Angela Kusiak, Timothy Jackson, and Nancy Smedley; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by her grandfather, Victor Vian Jr. and Nana, Pamela Kusiak.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at the Calvary Apostolic Church, 9009 McCain Road, in Parma. Private interment will be held at Jones Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
Instead of sending flowers, contributions to the needs and wishes of the family would be appreciated.
