Edward P Pattenaude

PATTENAUDE, EDWARD PHILIP Of Jackson, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2009 at Cape Coral, Florida. He was 92 years of age, being born on February 13, 1917 in
Detroit, Michigan to Frederick and Mary (Reno) Pattenaude. He married Cora Kathleen Patterson on August 14, 1935 in LaGrange, IN. She preceded him in death on November
22, 2003 after 68 years of marriage. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II in
the European Theater. He retired from Union Steel Products in Albion and also owned and operated Ed's Radio and Television Repair in Springport until moving to Swains Lake in 1961. He and Cora lived in Arkansas for a few years returning to live in Eaton Rapids
and then Jackson. He was also preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; and four sisters. He is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara (Cyril) Pombier of Cape Coral, FL, Paula (Don) Rockafellow of Fallon, NV, Judy (Arch) Rogers of
Gilbertsville, KY, Nancy (Jim) Smith of Hudson, MI; 15 grandchildren; and numerous
great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his lovable companion, his dog, Pug.

Edward is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where services will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Hunt Cemetery in Clarence Township. The Reverend Bob Pienta will be officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
