Cyrocki, Edward J. Sr.

of Jackson, passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 under the loving care of his family and Great Lakes Hospice at the age of 91 years. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Barbara; five children, Debby Cyrocki, Edward Jr. (Linda) Cyrocki, Steven (Heather) Cyrocki, Cheryl (Steve) Fitzgerald, Patricia (Kurt) Staggemeier; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Sophia Cyrocki and June Cyrocki. He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Mr. Cyrocki retired from Kelsey Hayes after 35 years of service and was a veteran of World War II. He loved bowling, taking care of his yard, going to Polish festivals and spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Cyrocki is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, April 6 at 10:00 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:30 AM with Father Kurian Kollapallil and Deacon Mike McCormick as the celebrants. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 5 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 6:00 PM.

The family suggests that, instead of sending flowers, please consider a memorial donation to Great Lakes Hospice or St. John Catholic Church in memory of Edward.
