Griffes, Earnest E.
Of Michigan Center passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at the age of 88 years. Survived by his children, Gary (Brenda) Griffes, Dennis Radziewicz, Patricia Worden, Sandra Johnson, Ron Radziewicz, Judy (Chris) Hunt, Marie (Greg) Milbourne, and Greg (Debbie) Griffes; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; one sister; four brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Angela; his children, Ron Griffes and Carol Simonson; two brothers; and one sister.
He was an avid bee keeper.
The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, July 22 at 10:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Fr. Brian Lenz officiating. Private interment St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The family will also receive friends at the church on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:00 AM.
Instead of sending flowers, contributions to St. John's Church would be appreciated.
