Jones, Earl C. Jr. "Chuck"
of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at the age of 85 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Patricia J. Jones. He is survived by five children, Cindy (Bruce) Burgener of Jackson, Denise (Richard) Napora of Tampa, FL, Barry (Cynthia) Jones of Mundelein, IL, Mary (Scott) Gauger of Omaha, NE, Patrick Jones of Indianapolis, IN; 11 grandchildren, James, Joseph, Paul, Sean, Laura, Michael, Alexis, Ethan, Matthew, Stefan and Kaylee; one sister, Margaret Allen of Carlsbad, CA; his golf buddy, Glen McClurg. Chuck was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Jones. Chuck served in the Army Air Corp during WWII and was a retired Professional Engineer for Gilbert-Commonwealth after 33 years of service. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:30 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church. Reverend Jeffrey Poll will be the celebrant.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Friday from 4–8 PM and at Queens Church on Saturday from 10–10:30 AM. A Vigil Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 7:30 PM.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Queens Church.
The family would like to thank Trellis Gardens, Allegiance 5-South and Hospice Home for their loving care and support.
