Lammers (Wernet), Dorothy M.

Passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023 under the loving care of her family and the staff at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home at the age of 68 years. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Leo; two children, Lisa (Andy) DuBois and Andy (Angie) Lammers; grandchildren, Christopher (Cassie) Lammers, Matthew DuBois, Abby Lammers, and Ariel DuBois; siblings, Kathy (Tom) Gustafson, Barb (Tom) Will, Mary Castle, Patty (Marty) Susort, Rick Wernet, and Karen (Todd) Powers; sisters-in-law, Kathy (Jim) Desy and Joyce (Harold) Pickell; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Bernard Wernet; brother, Bernie Wernet; sister, Marilyn Rhodes; and grandson, Logan DuBois.

Dorothy was a longtime member of St. John's Church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, spending time with her grandkids and enjoyed their sporting events.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Father James Shaver officiating.

The family will receive friends at St. John's Church on Saturday, January 14 from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM with a Rosary Service at 10:45 AM lead by Deacon Mike McCormick.
