of Jackson, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the age of 88 years. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Dick; four children, Bonnie Buckmaster, Kenneth Burgess, Dr. Arduth Burgess, and Karen (Brian) Hudson; five grandchildren, Ryan, Clinton, Shannon, Neil, and Scott; one great grandson, Henry; great great grandson, Hunter; and great great granddaughter, Jade.

Dorothy was a member of the Twilighters Golf League for many years and a Life Master Duplicate Bridge - ACBL.

Funeral services for Dorothy will be held on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at South Jackson Community Church. Pastor Steve Brown will be the celebrant. Interment at South Jackson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Sunday, August 19 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.

The family suggests that, instead of sending flowers, please consider a memorial donation to Cascades Humane Society.
