Baker, Dorothy Bernadine
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 23 at Allegiance Hospital with her nieces at her side, at the age of 97. She was born on August 10, 1916 to William and Clara Baker. Preceded in death by her parents as well as her siblings: Edwin, Helen, Margaret, Francis (Buddy Boy), Jane and Baby John. She is survived by her nieces Barbara (Danny) and Sue, nephew David (Terese) and her great niece Kristin. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was a very special lady with a gentle soul, a heart of gold and a beautiful smile. Aunt Doy will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. We love you forever Sweet Pea.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2014, at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church at 10:00 AM, with Father Tim Nelson officiating. Private interment at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. The Family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 9-10 AM.
Contributions to St. Mary's Church would be appreciated.
