NOWINSKI, DORIS L.
Of Jackson passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2010 age 88 years. Preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, John J. Nowinski on February 8, 2010. Survived by two sons; Thomas S. (Micki) Nowinski and Jon (Melissa) Nowinski. Three grandchildren; Matthew (Sheila), Emma and Daniel. Also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. Doris retired from Aeroquip after 40 years of service.
Mrs. Nowinski is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held Monday 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 10:00 AM. Interment St. John's Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Pienta officiating.
The family would like to thank the staff at Countryside Grand and Countryside Care Center for the wonderful care that they provided.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the National Parkinson Foundation or Lumen Christi High School would be appreciated.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 6 PM. Rosary Sunday 3:00 PM.
