Smith, Dora Jane
of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the age of 90 years under the loving care of her family, Heartland Hospice, and care givers from Senior Connections. Survived by her two daughters, Mary Jo Small and Sheila Bull; brother and sisters, Robert Dodd, Shirly Rutkowski, and Audrey Kasprzycki; numerous grand, great grand, and great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Stanley; son, Larry Smith; and daughter, Barbara Herhei and husband, John L. Smith.
She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
Mrs. Smith is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where services will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 2:30 PM with Fr. Robert Pienta officiating. Private interment Roseland Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:30 to 2:30 PM.
