Jacobs (Carpenter), Donna Dean
Of Jackson passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 under the loving care of her family, Great Lakes Hospice and the staff at Vista Grand Villa at the age of 79 years. Survived by her husband of 30 years John, one son Michael (Linda) Carpenter, seven grand children, two great grandchildren, sister-in-law Joyce Stevens and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Susan Rodriguez, brother William Stevens, sister Marie Coffey and brother-in-law Bob Coffey.
Donna was a longtime active member of St. John Catholic Church.
Mrs. Jacobs is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held on Monday, June 22nd at 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Interment Oakgrove Cemetery in Napoleon. Father James Shaver will officiate at the Funeral Mass.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM with a Vigil Service at 6:30 PM.
Contributions to Great Lakes Hospice or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
