Woods, Donald J.

Of Jackson, Michigan, formerly of Whitehouse, Ohio passed away under the loving care of his family and the staff of Senior Moments Assisted Living Center on Saturday, March 30, 2024.  He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Barbara Erbele; children, Jerry Woods, Nancy J. (Dennis) Franz, Nicholas Woods, David (Kelly), Thomas (Sara), and Russ Woods; step-children, Matt (Missee) Erbele and David Erbele; numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; and sister, Linda Woods.  He was preceded in death by his son, Whitney and first wife, Patricia.

Don was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed golfing, pool, bowling, and sports.  Don had a great sense of humor and enjoyed telling good stories.

According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.

In lieu of sending flowers, contributions to the Concord Pulaski Memorial American Legion would be appreciated.
