SIMON, DENISE M.
of Jackson, went to be with her Savior on Sunday, February 6, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Willard "Bud" Simon; five children, Philip (Cheryl Szyniszewski) Simon, David Simon, Diane (Chuck) Dunlap, Janine (Jack) Hatt, Peter (Christa Lindsay) Simon. Many grand children , great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and her sister, Michelle Milleret of France. Preceded in death by her son Michel, three sisters and one brother. Denise came from France to America after WWII as a war bride. She lived as a true American by choice and a Christian by example. She loved life and lived it to the fullest with travel, walking, taking care of her animals, flowers and plants. She would talk and make friends with most anyone, but her greatest joy in her life was her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Private Services were held at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Michael Hanson officiating.
